About the Facility

Mr. C’s Kitchen Rental is a Health Department–approved facility
(County & State). It is designed for cooking, baking, and catering
businesses that need a legal, shared kitchen space to start and grow
their company.

Rental Overview

• Hourly kitchen use
• Month-to-month minimum rental required
• Shared kitchen scheduling
• Designed for bakers, caterers, confectioners, and specialty food producers
• Special equipment or storage may require additional fees

Monthly Pricing Categories

• 10 hours: $595 / month
• 25 hours: $745 / month
• 40 hours: $895 / month
• 55 hours: $1,045 / month

Includes minimal cold and dry storage. Additional hours are billed
at $15.00 per hour. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.
Hours must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.

Tenant Requirements

• County or State Health Permit
• $1,000,000 minimum liability insurance
• Mr. C’s must be named as additionally insured
• All permits must be displayed in plain view
• Monthly contract required before obtaining permits

Monthly Rent & Deposits

All security deposits start at $1,000 and are refundable if rules
are followed and stalls are returned clean. First month’s rent
must be paid in advance. Additional hours are billed at the end
of each month.

Responsibilities

Mr. C’s Responsibilities

• Provide paper towels, toilet paper, soap, trash liners
• Maintain machines and equipment
• Clean and maintain bathrooms
• Pest control services
• Facility maintenance

Tenant Responsibilities

• Clean all used areas after each shift
• Maintain assigned storage areas
• Dispose of outdated products
• Restock dispensers and empty trash
• Turn off equipment, lock doors, and set alarm when leaving
