designed for cooking, baking, and catering. It is ideal for startup and
small food businesses needing a legal, shared kitchen environment.

Monthly Pricing

• 15 hours: $420 / month
• 30 hours: $520 / month
• 45 hours: $620 / month
• 60 hours: $720 / month

Includes minimal cold and dry storage. Additional hours are billed at
$7.00 per hour. Unused hours do not roll over.

Tenant Requirements

• $1,000 deposit and first month’s rent
• County or State Health Permit
• $1,000,000 liability insurance (Mr. C’s listed as additional insured)
• City of Atascadero business license
• Monthly contract required before obtaining permits

Responsibilities

Mr. C’s Responsibilities

• Supply cleaning materials and restroom supplies
• Maintain equipment and facilities
• Pest control services

Tenant Responsibilities

• Clean all areas used after each shift
• Maintain assigned storage areas
• Turn off equipment, lights, set alarm, and lock doors
